Why fresh coffee?

Taste-wise, fresh coffee a richer taste coffee. Coffee develops its best characteristics about 2 weeks after roasting, because we take home fresh coffee directly from our coffee roasters Torrefazione Piansa every other week for immediate delivery to our customers. All of our coffee is traceable to when it is roasted, its origin and the blends we use. We also market two different single origin organic coffee soreter with the same traceability and documented information.

Fairs & Events

Fresh coffee enhances all meetings

Bianco e Nero are often out at events and fairs with our fresh coffee, for many, a new coffee experience. We make sure that it gets a little extra at the meeting between suppliers / colleagues alt. customers / guests during events and fairs worldwide. We also have a coffee school for companies / organizations and individuals who want to learn the basics of a barista profession and the wider coffee knowledge. Our barista has won many awards over the years, among others in the SM 2001-2002 and WBC 2001 (3rd place) WBC 2002. Judge in Swedish SCAE 2003-2007.
